This notice is to inform you that Robyn Roberts, M.D. (“Dr. Roberts”) will be departing from Urology Austin, PLLC (“UA”) effective as of March 14, 2024. While Dr. Roberts will no longer be practicing with UA, there are a number of other physicians at UA who can continue to provide you with excellent service and meet all of your urological needs. However, if you would like your records transferred to another provider, please contact us to complete a written medical records transfer authorization, and we will transfer a copy of your records as directed by you.
